Halloween fun and knee pain seemed to come together this year for me. I noticed that my knees began to ache as I ramped up to 5mph on the treadmill yesterday.
Now I know why. I had 4 single-serve Almond Joys, one Reese Cup and sour cream, salsa and chips Halloween night. That’s all I had. Not so bad, right? The sugar and dairy did me in. Twenty years ago I could get away with it and I did, but the chickens have come home to roost.
How much can you get away with without having knee pain? Or, do you have knee pain all the time? Maybe you don’t have to live with it. I certainly won’t tolerate it and neither should you.
